imageWe think every day is a good day to eat chocolate, or write about eating chocolate, for that matter. But Valentine’s Day seems a particularly good excuse to point out this story highlighting chocolate-related hotels and attractions around the United States. It turns out that chocolate lovers can find all kinds of creative ways to indulge during their travels. Among the most intriguing: the Boston Chocolate Tour, which concludes with “the Langham Hotel’s infamous chocolate bar, with such innovative concoctions as create-your-own crepes, chocolate ‘sushi,’ and chocolate croissant bread pudding.”

A true chocolate pilgrimage site, however, would have to be the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Among other amenities, the hotel operates a one-of-a-kind spa.

Quoting the article:

Have your cake and eat it, too, at the AAA four-diamond hotel’s spa, where chocolatey indulgences don’t necessarily translate to added calories. How about a fondue body wrap or a Swedish massage scented with cocoa? Or perhaps an invigorating chocolate sugar scrub that leaves your skin silky smooth? Sample the goods by attending the town’s Chocolate Covered February, a month-long event featuring luscious desserts, chocolate-themed meals, and other flavorful sensations.

And then, of course, there’s Chocolate World.
