No Bull: San Fermin Festival in Jeopardy

Who among us hasn’t traveled to Pamplona on a hot afternoon in July, with a dog-eared copy of “The Sun Also Rises” in a back pocket, to run with the bulls? Okay, I haven’t, but I confess I thought about it once or twice, like just about every other lit major in college. As it turns out, this year’s running of the bulls at the San Fermin Festival could be canceled, along with a slew of bullfights, because of something called blue tongue disease, which is affecting Spain’s bulls.
