Police in Guangdong are on the case, the BBC reports. Here’s the kicker: “Workers said they thought they were just making colourful flags and did not realise their meaning.”

It’s hilarious, sad and unsurprising that the workers were clueless. It would be ironic too, but irony is not permitted in China.

The Tibetans knew the Chinese are not allowed to see their flag. Hope they got many made before they were found out, and at a good price!.
