COMMENTSThe wife and I recently went to Disney w/o kids. I felt very strange about it. But I did have a moment that was similar to yours. We were near the castle. It was around noon. The clouds were low over the castle, and I suddenly realized that the place is 100% fake. In my mind, even the sky was created by Walt. It’s very hard for me to explain this, but I guess it’s safe to say that I just had an “ah ha” moment when it all sunk in. George By Gorge on 3.27.08 at 08:45 AM
