imageYes, the Zagat Prison Guide. On Tuesday, The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart reported on calls for the closure of the U.S.-run detention center in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

Stewart showed a clip of Donald Rumsfeld defending the center. “That place is being run as well as any detention facility can be run,” Rumsfeld said. Cracked Stewart: “He’s got a point. Guantánamo is very well run. As a matter of fact, if you’ve seen the latest entry in the Zagat Prison Guide…” With that, Stewart showed the guide’s, uh, Guantánamo Bay entry, written in Zagat’s ridiculous style:

“Fancy, it’s not,” but this “hip Hussein-loyalist hangout” is “run as well as any detention facility can be run;” though there’s a “limited menu;” regulars boast “You almost forget you ever fought the infidels.”
