The subject of our latest nearly up-to-the-minute interview with a traveler somewhere in the world: Justin Glow, the lead blogger at Gadling. His response landed in our inbox this morning.

Where in the world are you?

I’m sitting on a red, fake-velvet couch in the Krumlov House in Český Krumlov, a small town south of Prague near the Austrian border.

What are you doing there?

A sun-filled, month-long trip down the Adriatic coastline somehow turned into a bitterly cold roundabout through central Europe, with the last week or so focused on the Czech Republic. Funny what happens to itineraries, no?

What do you see around you?

A bunch of messy dorm beds. But just behind me are a few windows that offer a spectacular view of the city and Vltava river. I’m struggling to find something I don’t like about this town. Cheap beer, painfully uneven cobblestone streets, minimal cars. I love it.

Got a pic?

What did you have for dinner last night and where?

I had the Bohemian Feast with chicken at Two Marys. It’s a mess of items served on a chopping block with a big fork in the center, and as meaty and rich and delicious as it sounds.

What are you listening to these days?

The receptionist at a hostel in Krakow was listening to the new Radiohead album non-stop the entire time we were there. Not a bad album, but three days straight of anything tends to be a drag.

What are you reading?

I swapped out David Sedaris’s “Holidays on Ice” at a hostel in Olomouc, Czech Republic for “Memphis Belle.” It’s a novel based on a screenplay, which is a really strange way to read a book—especially when you’ve seen the movie a dozen times.

What did you experience in the last 24 hours that you’d recommend?

The train ride from Prague to Český Krumlov. While the scenery wasn’t particularly mind blowing, a part of the track is currently under construction. This means that, as a nice surprise to the non-Czech-speaking people aboard (read: my girlfriend and I), the train temporarily switches to a bus and back to a train before arriving. As annoying as it sounds, the tiny Bohemian towns too small to be serviced by train were a treat to see by bus. The experience would have been a complete success had it not been for the two teenagers on board who spent the duration of the journey exploring each other’s mouths with their tongues.

Where in the world are you headed next?

Actually, we’re not sure yet. We’re hoping to get to Bratislava next on the way to Budapest.
