In Hawaii -- Oahu especially -- President Barack Obama is a hometown boy who's made good, and then some. The Commander in Chief is a Hawaiian icon, his image available on an array of souvenirs and other merchandise. Here Ron Jacobs' book, "Obamaland," eclipses a biography of Hawaiian musician Iz at the Honolulu Airport.
