Yes, it’s hard to resist. Instead, ask for the “steamed pullet.” Don’t worry, it’s the same dish. Reuters explains.

I love Anthony Bordain and Andrew Zimmerin. Bizarre Foods and No Reservations are the best shows on TV. I stay up all night just to watch these two.

Just curious as to what A. Zimmerin’s wife says about all the exotic foods that he eats.  I for one, sometimes have to turn my head when watching some of the foods he eats.  But I love watching the show itself, it amazes me.  I also enjoy Anthony Bordain, but there’s something about Andrew that I enjoy watching more.  Keep it going guys.

I saw Andrew Zimmerin’s Palawan version of Bizzare Foods and I loved it. I just would like to let him know that he missed something about the tuna.  He should have tried the best and most delicious part of the tuna which are the eyeballs.  This is my favorite and the best way to cook it Filipino style is “paksiw”.  This is cooking with water, ginger, garlic, onions, salt and vinegar.  Just bring to a boil for a few minutes and go! I would like to invite him to come to my place in Mindanao the next time he comes over to my country.
