Among the highlights, Michael Buckley writes about the new train to Tibet in A Railway Runs Through It; Wendy Knight ruminates on taking her daughter to Colombia; Doug Lansky reflects on his life as an American in Sweden; and Lea Aschkenas visits Cuba and asks, Where does Fidel live? (“That’s confidential,” one man told her. “No one knows where Fidel lives. And it’s necessary that it stay this way for security purposes.”)
