Rambo Goes To Burma: Worst Movie of 2008?

You remember the latest Rambo flick, right? Sylvester Stallone’s gory expose on the plight of Burma/Myanmar’s ethnic minorities? (Don’t worry, I had forgotten, too.) When it came out last year, the critics were less than wowed. Now, the movie looks to be in the running for Hollywood’s greatest indignity: a Golden Raspberry award for the worst of the worst in filmmaking.
According to a little bird at the MTV Movies blog (the list hasn’t been formally announced yet), ‘Rambo’ has landed Razzie nominations for Worst Picture; Worst Director (Sylvester Stallone); Worst Actor (Sylvester Stallone); Worst Career Achievement (Sylvester Stallone); Worst Prequel, Sequel, Remake or Rip-Off, and Worst On-Screen Couple (Sylvester Stallone and His Ego).
Hey, at least the folks in Yangon liked it.

I saw Rambo Saves Burma a few months ago. Laughably bad. Nice explosions. But the killings are all CGI. What ever happened to good old corn syrup blood?

First, I watched this movie.I found the errors or mistakes in the movie. Our country soldiers are not bad in the real life. The movie showed that our country soldiers are bad. In movie, there are a lot of mistakes that the uniforms,the seal, the rank symbol and they are using myanmar language but
the pronunction is karen. And Stallon acted with KNU (the rebel union) . He did not know our country real event. Many monks are fate and our country is not like the other countries. Our country is a buddish country. Stallone acted because he got the money. That is why I want to talk to Stallone that
