U.K. Tour Operator Bans ‘Serial Complainers’

Chronic complainers beware: A major tour operator is on to your compensation-seeking schemes, and it won’t be handing out any more breakfast vouchers. Instead, TUI Travel, the U.K.‘s largest travel company, has announced that it will be creating a “black book” of problem customers, the Times of London reports.

And the punishment for the “persistent troublemakers” who find themselves on the list?

“If they try to book another trip, they’ll be told that we are unable to meet their expectations,” a TUI rep told the Times. “There’s always been a philosophy that the customer is right, but these people will never be happy.”

So now these guys can complain about being put on the black book. You can’t stop a serial complainer, by definition. :)
