I prefer window, for a reason not mentioned in the video. I like to rest and sleep on flights and hate having people have to climb over me. I rarely have to get up myself so there’s no reason to need the aisle. Also, in the aisle, there’s the disadvantage of people sometimes bumping into your arm as they pass.
