How long did it take you do edit all those footages? and seemed like half a sec each? I like to learn.

I think that video was one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time!!! WOW! Does anyone know what program he used to make it? or how he did it? How did he get the pictures to change right on the beat of the music? If anyone could tell me, I would really appreciate it! THANKS!
