Imagine completing the first leg of your flight with two free checked bags only to discover(through a friend who traveled later, not from the airline)that for return trip of my flight I would be charged for my second bag! I spent two and a half hours on the phone to many agents while on my vacation(I needed another after this!) trying to get them to understand my dismay that mid-flight the rules had changed. Trying to understand the agents was challeng enough-trying to get a consistent answer was even more trying! I finally got the answer I needed and I got all of that agents info. to insure I would not be charged.
Many of the domestic airlines have gone from bad to horrible-sadly-they know we will still fly!
