Happy Thanksgiving

imageWe’ll be taking the next several days off to eat mashed potatoes and gravy and a little Cuban turkey fricasé. One of us will be tossing back Guinness in its native land, which has others of us more than a tad envious. If you’re traveling, good luck out there. We’ll be back publishing Monday.

Finding an affordable Thanksgiving travel deal can be a major challenge. After all, your family is competing with countless others all trying to get away during the same few days. There are strategies you can use to keep costs down, however. Start with these three: Fly on off-peak days, book a Thanksgiving package at a resort in an off-peak destination, or travel to Europe.
