NYPD Hearts Rachael Ray

Everyone seems to have an opinion about travel-show host, celebrity chef and future magazine mogul Rachael Ray. I know this because ever since I posted a note a few weeks ago about the love-hate relationship viewers have with Ray, people have been sharing a lot of love and a lot of hate on World Hum. Now it looks like Ray’s fans have some burly new support: the NYPD. World Hum reader Cincy points out this gossip item (scroll to bottom) in Monday’s New York Daily News:
When five of New York’s Finest showed up at an overcrowded Rachael Ray signing at Barnes & Noble Thursday night, store managers panicked that the event would get shut down. Turns out the cops were there to buy her magazine “Every Day with Rachael Ray” and to meet their hero in person.
Can the support of the NYPD change some minds? I doubt it.

I would bet that a lot of the “hate” that comes Racheal Ray way is from jealous women. She has four tv shows. Most women watching have none. She’s beautiful. A lot of the women watching aren’t. She’s very rich. A lot of the women watching are not even well off. If you don’t like RR or any of her shows. Don’t watch them. How SIMPLE is that?

I like her, she is a delight. Racheal reminds of a young colt, kicking up her heals with pure delight to be alive and well, while helping others achieve their dreams.
