Speaking of London Underground-style maps, here’s another good one: Hollywood classics, organized by genre along colored subway lines. Genius.

Great idea. Great map. But some of these “best movies of all time” subway stops have to be a joke. Die Hard? Crash? Fight Club? I mean they MUST be put-ons, right?

Good point, Eli. I wonder if some of them are there to fill in the genre categories? I mean, Die Hard as one of the classic action flicks of all time is more believable than Die Hard as one of the best movies of all time.

I hear ya. And I like the first Die Hard. But if we’re talkin’ best action flicks of all time, I would’ve picked The Road Warrior, or Enter The Dragon, or one of the early 007 flicks before Bruce Willis ever entered my mind.

Great idea, wouldn’t agree with some points, I would say though that Die Hard the original was quality and then admittedly suffered the sequel sin of diminishing returns. I’ve built up a bunch of films - many I haven’t watched for ages and thought I may as well review em on me blog - http://dvdhoarder.wordpress.com/
