I’m not sure about how I’d react if I were attacked by any animal in a zoological setting and hopefully I will never know. I do know, however, that since this facility is presented in a more natural setting, that that fact changes things somewhat. Like the facilities director said, “the museum has wild animals on the grounds all the time because it is part of a natural setting. Guests are advised of that.” That says it all for me! If this man is rewarded damages, what’s next? People suing the National Park Service if attacked by a bear in a national park? Slippery slope!!!
